30-Day Guarantee Lease Addendum

IF WITHIN THE FIRST THIRTY DAYS OF YOUR RESIDENCY WITH US, YOU DECIDE THAT YOUR TLC APARTMENT HOME DOES NOT MEET YOUR NEEDS, YOU MAY SUBMIT A NOTICE OF INTENT TO VACATE, NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

 

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your residency with us, you will be freed from your lease obligations with the following stipulations:

  1. Notice of intent to vacate must be received in writing no later than the first day of the next month. The residency will continue through that month.
  2. If the lease start date is on a day other than the first day of the month, the resident may submit his or her notice any time during the 30-day period. If the notice is received on any day other than the first day of the month, the effective date of the notice will be the first day of the next month. The resident will be free to move without penalty at the end of the month in which the notice to vacate was effective on the first.
  3. After standard cleaning and repair fees are deducted, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded to the resident.
  4. Pet deposit refund is subject to the manager’s assessment of damages.
  5. In case of roommates, all parties must agree to termination of the lease.
